Stipley Lions Club Halloween Hunt
Held on October 29, 2023 at Gage Park our Stipley Lions Club ran a candy hunt, face painting, and pumpkin painting event for families within our local community. As a rain or shine event, we really hoped for more shine than rain but Mother Nature gave us an overcast day. The weather did not dampen the spirit of our families and members that came to join us! Through the generous donations of our participants we were able to collect over 100lbs of food which was distributed to the Crown Point Community Fridge. This was our second year for this annual, signature event and we look forward to continuing to grow our presence in 2024 so we can make an even larger impact. This year we were fortunate to be joined by our Lions Club Foundation of Dog Guides partners and we thank them for bringing along some four legged friends to meet with our community.
Thanksgiving Meals
Thanks to the generous food donations from Fortinos and food containers from Swiss Chalet, the Stipley Lions Club Branch was able to deliver 100 Thanksgiving dinners to various tent cities across the lower city.
Stipley Lions Raffle Draw
Our branch club was excited to participate in the Top Tier Wresting and Comedy event held on September 24, 2023 at the Hamilton Convention Centre. During this event we hosted a raffle draw table with all proceeds going towards our local food banks. Thanks to our generous supporters, we were able to raise $1000 which will be distributed to various food banks throughout Hamilton.

Without the support of our local businesses, we could not do the work that we do!
